It turns out his troubles with Alterra, the nursing home that abused its residents, are getting bigger. The news is reporting that as one of the largest investors, he could have taken more control of the company but he left it to others to run the operation. If he had real leadership, he would have known everything about Alterra and its operations. Too bad for the victims.
