A Little Known Fact, but not really
NEWSFLASH! Detroit, a Black city, has some problems– no jobs, no money, stupid leaders. But these problems can be solved if the community sticks together. DUH!
Bill Cosby was back in Detroit “empowering” Blacks and co-hosting workshops and rallies.
There has long been community meetings and organizations trying to get the city “right” but the main media ’s perspective seems to say that we don’t care and if we do we only care to listen to famous people who just reguritate old info.
Dr. Huxtable said:
“You’re about to listen, absorb and to challenge yourself to move in a positive direction,” the comedian told the audience. “Strength, that’s what we’re after.”

Bill is not doing a “Power to the People” sign, it’s just the camera angle???
We been hearing “Boot Strap” politics and economics for over 100 years. A large piece of our problem are the vestiges of post-tramactic slave syndrome. When are we going to heal or even attempt to heal this psychological/mental illness?
