North Korea has "WMDs" and is desperate enough to use them. I think the Bush Regime had a pretty good idea that there were no WMD stockpiles in Iraq, thus making it safer to invade. Of course, North Korea doesn't have any oil either. They are the nerdy kid in your school who people think is crazy, but they don't mess with him BECAUSE they think he is crazy!
