Nubile daughters come to the the aid of Michigan’s Republican daddies
I don’t know if these political ads are some last ditch effort by conservatives to send some ill-placed message about maidenhead-type stuff… but this fall Michigan is bursting with daddy/daughter issues.
I believe Freud called it the Oedipus complex.
Sheriff Mike Bouchard’s ad “The Big Date” was the first to feature his daughter. Bouchard is basically putting a cabash on his little girl’s date with some pimply pre-pubescent. Bouchard pushes the young man off to the side…as he cuddles with his baby girl. He even steals the boys flowers. This “common sense conservative is not so great on a date.”
Dick DeVos’ daughter Elissa says, ”Nobody pulls Daddy’s chain…almost nobody.”
So….she pulls her Daddy’s chain? Where were DeVos’ well paid political consultants on this one?
And where in the hell is Betsy?

Hell I feel that DeVos has no personality at all and should have pimped out his daughters in ads earlier when he may have had a chance. Kudos again to the marketing strategies of the Republican party. His down fall is the promo info he’s mailing with infants suggesting Democrats would rather kill them.
Sorta how Bush suggests Bin Laden would rather have Democrats control the House

I saw that DeVos ad too…struck me as bizarre. I think they’re to the point of trying anything now that the election is so close and DeVos isn’t making any headway. Looks like they’re just throwing ads at anything they can.

Or maybe they are just throwing their daughters at anything they can….
